Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, we examined the electromagnetic field numerical analysis using multi-GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) and reported the high-speed visualization technique using CUBA and OpenGL. GPGPU (General Purpose computation on GPUs) movement is becoming to be important in various fields recently. It can realize a "personal super computer". We proposed PMCC (Permeable Multi Cross-section Contours) as a new visualization method for the 3D electromagnetic field. This is a very simple and effective visualization method. In our comparison evaluation, we clarified that the single- and multi- GPU computation with this method realizes faster visualization than the conventional technique.
