| 抄録(和) | 近年,顔面形態と遺伝子間には関連性が指摘されており,顔形状の差異の解析結果が関連性の解明に利用出来ることが期待される.顔形状解析の際,サンプルとなる複数の3次元顔形状データ間の正規化が重要になるが,位置合わせのために3次元のデータから直接特徴点を取得することは困難である.そこで本研究では提案法として,まず3次元顔形状データを円筒座標に基づき2次元展開して特徴点の取得を行う.その後3次元上で対応する特徴点を求め,一般化プロクラステス分析(GPA)に基づいたアライメントを行う.提案法により複数の異なる顔形状の差異を明らかにするアライメントが可能である. |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, analysis of facial morphology and its relationship to genes has received considerable attention. In this paper, we present a scheme of 3D shape alignment for analysis of the relationship of face shape and genes. We employ the Cylindrical Polar transform to sample the original 3D shape data which was obtained using the 3D laser scanner. By mapping the sampled data to a 2D image, we can obtain the shape feature points manually, then these feature points are mapped back to 3D coordinate and are used to 3D shape alignment based on Generalized Procrustes Analysis (GPA). The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method for 3D shape alignment. |
