| 抄録(和) | 本研究の目的は,話者間のどのような言語・非言語行動が第三者による会話場面への評価に影響するのかを検討することである.本研究で対象とする会話場面は同性で初対面同士の大学生による二者間会話であった.約6分間の会話映像35組分(男性21組,女性14組)について,社会心理学を専攻する大学生4名(男女各2名)に評価を求めた.評価は2種類の方法で求めた.1つはそれぞれの話者を評価する個別評価であり,もう1つはペア内での比較を行う相対評価であった.分析の結果,前者の評価に対しては話者の言語行動のみが,後者の評価に対しては話者間に生じる言語・非言語行動両方の差が影響を与えることが明らかになった.これらの結果は,評価の際に処理できる情報量の程度によって考察された. |
| 抄録(英) | This study examined how verbal and nonverbal behavior of speakers influenced on evaluation of the conversation from third person. In this study, dyadic conversation with a stranger who was same sex was examined. Each of the thirty-five conversations (female=14 pairs, male=21 pairs) that the four observers (female=2, male=2) evaluated was about for six minutes. There were two types of evaluation. One was the type of individual evaluation that observers evaluated each speaker individually. The other was the type of relative evaluation that observers compared between two speakers. The results showed that the individual evaluation was influenced by only speaker's verbal behavior. On the other hand, the relative evaluation was influenced by the difference of both verbal and nonverbal behaviors between speakers. They were discussed in terms of difference of information amount that observers would process in order to evaluate the conversation. |
