Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Our society requires people to have the ability to communicate with others smoothly. Because the poor ability to communicate with others might cause insufficient interpersonal relationship. Therefore, a variety of social skills training programs are developed to improve our communication skills. In daily life, our communication style is affected by interaction partner (e.g. their personality and relationship). Thus, we need to decode and judge others appropriately in order to adjust the communication. In this study, we tried to develop social skills training program to improve decoding skills and confirmed the effect in relation to the personality traits.
