Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The expansion of the 3rd generation mobile communication services wideband services made it possible for users to access information unconstrained by time and place. In response to the massive diversification in information-use behavior, the estimation of service quality becomes increasingly important for providing satisfactory quality for users, and an evaluation method based on QoE (Quality of Experience) has received much attention. The authors assess subjective quality for network services considering waiting time. In this report, we discussed a method for provide mathematical models for an individual user based on our analysis results. The proposed models are based on the regression model for MOS (Mean Opinion Score) and the response distribution. We also reported an application of those models.
