Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Muscular strength training is indispensable for athlete regardless of game. In general, it is important in any sports to strengthen the lower-limb muscles. Squat exercise is the typical strength training in lower-limb muscles. Squat exercise is identified by the difference of subduction depth, in the actual training field, the training method that deepening subduction in stages is prevalent. However, the criteria of deepening subduction is imprecise. In this study, subjects are separated into expert and non-expert groups. We conducted three types of squat exercise, and measured muscle activity during training by using SEMG. Moreover, we estimated muscle synergies by the Non-negative Matrix Factorization (NMF), and compared the correlation coefficients between muscle synergies and %RMS profile of each subjects. As a result, the muscle synergy pattern of Biceps Femoris (BF) could be an effectual evaluation index for the training decision.
