Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the field of tissue engineering, the researches on biofabrication of tissues and organs using living cells directly have been paid attention to. We have succeeded in biofabrication of several 3D structures using our custom-made 3D bioprinter, such as laminated sheets and laminated tube structures. In this study, a bioreactor system was developed, in order to culture 3D fabricated structures effectively. Basic researches on newly developed bioreactor are shown here for next step of biofabrication processes.
