Abstract(in English) The edge and the corner of the metal plate can be frequently seen in various electrical equipments. The line of force concentrates on the edge and the corner of the metal, and the electromagnetic field strength shows a steep change spatially in the neighborhood. It is known that separation of variables can be made for the proximity field around the corner of thin metal plate (or the plane angular sector) by using an appropriate coordinate system. This technical report calculates the singularity exponents for various angles of the corner based on the separation of variables. These values of the singularity exponent are usable for increasing accuracy of more versatile finite-difference field calculations.
