Abstract(in English) The purpose of the present study is to verify the nursing technology master situation after e learning is used for the new figure nurse from the result of the skill test. The method explained the test methodology to 30 new figure nurses, and did "Self-registering questionnaire investigation concerning the self-free study activity" the one month later. The master situation of the nursing technique that used e learning showed a high master result compared with the technology that did not use it as a result. The use of e learning is suggested that there be a possibility to exert an effective influence on the nursing technology master, and this e learning system is thought to be effective of a feature function.
