Abstract(in English) Meta-cognitive skill plays a key role to improve the knowledge creation skills in the field where there is no universal and correct answer. Medical service is such a typical domain. In other words, it is important to train knowledge creation skills to grasp various attribute information about the patients, and to catch the validity of the own thinking processes to solve problems objectively. In this paper, we focus on similarities between internal self-conversation and discussion tasks to train meta-cognitive skills, and consider a reflection support system.
