Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Pt/GaN Schottky barrier diode (SBD) was fabricated for CO gas detection in high temperatures. Thermal and pressure characteristics were investigated based-on I-V measurement. SBD was more sensitive to thermal changes than pressure changes. By introducing CO gas, increase of reverse current was observed, and was increased with CO gas concentration.
