Abstract(in English) | We have been developing a network robot system named "Ubiquitous Market Platform." With the proposed platform, shopping malls are equipped with various kinds of sensors to understand the purchasing behaviors of customers from observation of customers' trajectories and eye movements, etc. This paper proposes a recommendation method represented with network robot and digital signage based on customers' interests estimated from sequences of stop points measured by LRFs in store environment. It also reports a user study in the experimental environment to evaluate the proposed method. |
