| 抄録(和) | 本研究では,片麻痺を発症した患者を対象として,上肢のリハビリを支援することを目的としたシステムの開発を行った.リハビリの多くは作業的で単調であるため長期継続が困難である.さらに大人の場合,発症から一定日数が経過すると病院でのリハビリが打ち切られてしまうため,家庭でのリハビリの継続の必要性が高い.しかし家庭でリハビリを行う場合,リハビリの量を把握できないなどの問題が生じる.そこで本研究では,大人の家庭での継続的なリハビリを支援するインタラクティブシステムの開発を行った.このシステムはリハビリの量を測定,記録する機能を持つ.今回,システムを片麻痺の患者に使用してもらい,システムの評価を行ったのでその結果を報告する. |
| 抄録(英) | We developed a system to assist a patient who developed hemiplegia to continue rehabilitation of his upper limb. Long-term continuation of rehabilitation is difficult because most of rehabilitation is operative and monotonous. In addition, in case of adult, necessity to continue rehabilitation at home is high because rehabilitation at hospital is terminated certain days after the onset of the hemiplegia. However, domestic rehabilitation has another problem. It is almost impossible to record quantity of rehabilitation, for example. Thus, we developed an interactive system for adult patient to assist continuous rehabilitation at home. This system has such functions as measuring and recording quantity of rehabilitation. Employing a patient who developed hemiplegia, the system was evaluated. This article reports the result. |
