Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The high power semiconductor lasers tend to show unstable lasing mode oscillation and tend to be suffer from the optical feedback. The lasers are required to suppress the noise especially low frequency region very close to DC. We report here the noise reduction in the frequency range from DC to several MHz with 80mW light output in semiconductor lasers. Sufficient noise reduction more than 25dB was achieved with 80mW output.
