Abstract(in English) | In this report, we present a method for analyzing a large scale linear network including nonlinear devices, which is required for evaluating the signal/power integrity of VLSIs, packages, and printed circuit boards. The Newton-Raphson method is required in this method. Then, GMRES, which is an iterative method for solving a linear system of equations, is applied to. To accelerate the convergence of the GMRES, an efficient preconditioner is presented. |
