Abstract(in English) In this report, we consider a probability distribution function of inter-spike-interval (abbr. ISI) which a chaotic spiking oscillator with piecewise-constant vector field exhibits. First, the ISI density of the chaotic spikes is studied by using 1-D return map which represents basic dynamics of the system. The ISI density is given rigorously from the invariant measure of the return map and a state variable at the moment of spiking. Next, we propose the novel method of controlling ISI by changing velocity of the trajectories during a given period depends on a state variable at the moment of spiking. The method allows that the invariant measure of the return map is maintained but the ISI is controllable. The fact enable the theoretical design and analysis of the controlled system. Some results are demonstrated in a laboratory.
