Abstract(in English) It is important that inform condition of the patient to Hospital in advance and sharing such information among an ambulance, a doctor copter and hospital who accept the patient(s) are important to improve a lifesaving rate in the emergency medical services. However, a mobile voice call is mainly used in the emergency medical services, and use of ICT is limited so far. In this paper, I report the effectiveness of the video transmission system from ambulance to the hospital and method of the most suitable communication control for emergency medical services in the local areas in Japan where many 3G out of service area exist.
