Abstract(in English)	The modern society has witnessed the decay of capitalism, democracy, mass-media, static knowledge, and education based on static knowledge. All of these were basic building blocks of the current societies. The author has been using the Internet for more than 30 years and engaged in International standarization for more than 20 years. The author discusses the cases of innovation engineering in the Internet, mobile Internet, open source software, and mobile social applications in the 21^ century. The author presents implications for innovation-oriented education that is the new building block of social capitals in the modern engineering.
