Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper points out about Integrate energy management for 24hr franchise chain convenience stores, and possibility to reduce CO2 emission in the existing building by no local energy operator. Most small commerce existing buildings have no operators in the buildings, so the owners of the buildings have never control energy use and monitoring demand. This paper introduces case study of Integrate energy management for 24hr small commerce buildings of Lawson INC, which was automatically monitor the energy date and analyzed by the view point of the energy consumption. This study verifies that automatic monitoring and AI control for optimization of system, devices, and operations can reduce the energy consumption in the existing small commerce buildings.
