Communication Support Methods using Subjective Emotions

Abstract(in English) We investigate an approach for autonomous control of services using subjective emotions to represent the distance between people minds. We evaluate the subjective emotions using statistic methods, factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, and actual personal data gathered using a web questionnaire. Moreover we show the estimate results of the subjective emotions of communication partner by using from own subjective emotions and own personal attributes as a kind of use the subjective emotion value.
