| 抄録(和) | 日本の書籍の商業的価値の残存率や著作者の没後に出版される書籍の比率などから,現状の著作権制度の場合,著作権制度が無い場合,権利者が権利を放棄できる制度がある場合の各々の場合にパブリックドメインコンテンツの点数や利用できるまでの期間がどう変化するか,定量的な分析を試みる.さらに,商業的価値が無くなったため流通していない著作物をパブリックドメインとして活かすため,著作権へ固定資産税を課税する制度を提案する. |
| 抄録(英) | From the survival rate of the commercial value of books in Japan, and the ratio of the book to be published after the death of the author, we attempt to quantitative analysis of copyright systems. We evaluate the systems from amount of public domain contents. The systems are current system of copyright, the system when there is no copyright, the system can waive their rights. Furthermore, in order to take advantage of public domain works are not distributed for commercial value is lost, we propose to tax property tax to copyright. |
