| Abstract(in English) | From the survival rate of the commercial value of books in Japan, and the ratio of the book to be published after the death of the author, we attempt to quantitative analysis of copyright systems. We evaluate the systems from amount of public domain contents. The systems are current system of copyright, the system when there is no copyright, the system can waive their rights. Furthermore, in order to take advantage of public domain works are not distributed for commercial value is lost, we propose to tax property tax to copyright. |
