| Abstract(in English) | The opportunity for the IT system for the enterprise to come to consider the introduction cost and to use OSS for the system development increases. Moreover, the form that provides service that applies OSS to cloud computing appears. However, because the developer side of OSS has it, risk management becomes difficult as for the intellectual property right when the system is developed by using OSS. It proposes the process to provide development and service with the enterprise decreased the risk in such a situation. |
