| 抄録(和) | 東日本大震災発生時、筆者は高速道路を運転中。緊急地震速報受信後どのように運転行動したかを、ITSはじめ様々な情報や状況を判断しながら12時間の行動プロセスを辿る。そこから見えてくる道路交通政策、防災危機管理に対し警鐘を鳴らす。放送メディアの情報発信の有り方、ITSが今後やるべき姿に提言を行い、今後いつ再発するか知れない巨大災害に対し役立つシステム構築への指針を示す。 |
| 抄録(英) | It is an author when a East Japan great earthquake occurs and..expressway.. running. How was the driving action done after the real-time earthquake information is received, and the action process is traced for 12 hours while judging various information and the ITS beginning situation. It strikes a note of warning for a road traffic policy and the disaster prevention crisis-management that comes into view there. The indicator to useful system construction is shown to a huge disaster that it cannot know whether to propose to the appearance that what should be and the ITS of sending information on the broadcasting media should be going to do in the future and when in the future to relapse. |
