Abstract(in English)	It is an author when a East Japan great earthquake occurs and..expressway.. running. How was the driving action done after the real-time earthquake information is received, and the action process is traced for 12 hours while judging various information and the ITS beginning situation. It strikes a note of warning for a road traffic policy and the disaster prevention crisis-management that comes into view there. The indicator to useful system construction is shown to a huge disaster that it cannot know whether to propose to the appearance that what should be and the ITS of sending information on the broadcasting media should be going to do in the future and when in the future to relapse.
