Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, Content-Based Copy Detection (CBCD) technology, more generally referred to as digital fingerprinting, has attracted considerable research attention. It allows us to automatically detect copyright infringements by comparing video and audio signatures extracted from video content on the Internet against a database that stores such features extracted from copyrighted content. In this paper, we overview our CBCD system submitted to TRECVID 2010 CBCD task, which is based on global/local visual features and audio features. It is shown that the system advances state-of-the-art techniques in two key directions : effective and efficient indexing schemes suitable for each of three features and temporal-burstiness-aware scoring.
