Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report compares Multi-View Video and Audio (MVV-A) interactive IP communications and Single-View Video and Audio (SVV-A) ones in terms of QoE. We design a task which makes use of characteristics of multi-view video and perform a subjective experiment. We conduct multidimensional assessment of QoE with 14 adjective pairs by the SD method. We also assess the efficiency of the task objectively. We made 60 stimuli which are obtained by combinations of MVV-A and SVV-A, two kinds of the amount of UDP traffic, three values of constant delay and five values of playout buffering time. As a result, we see that the users are more satisfied with MVV-A than SVV-A. In addition, we show that the satisfaction improves when we select proper playout buffering time. The satisfaction has correlation with adjective pairs for psychology and those about the task.
