Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Tolerable waiting time for content download depends on content size and situations. It is because of the difference of user's utility. If EDF (Earliest Deadline First) is used instead of FIFO, users' utility will increase. However, it needs much processing. In order to avoid it, QEDF (Quasi Earliest Deadline First) is considered in this paper. It does not need much processing. Assuming that the portable devices are used for content download, users' utility of QEDF is almost the same as that of EDF.
