Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Cooking is a popular theme for rehabilitation of cognitive dysfunctions. However, an observer, who gives an advice to the patient, is needed for the rehabilitation. Such rehabilitation style cannot encourage the patients' self-confidence, and it is hard work for observer to keep watching the patients' cooking. In this paper, we study on the recognition of the cooking action to realize a system which monitors the cooking rehabilitation and helps the patients to cook independently.
