Abstract(in English) Liquid crystal devices are useful devices for active optics since their half wave voltage is only a few volts and can be driven by CMOS-ICs directly. We have developed 12 segmented multi-aligned liquid crystal optics and liquid crystal zone plate with 6 segments. Then linear polarized Gauss beam can be converted to radially polarized Laguerre-Gauss beam using these devices. We can achieve Z polarized superresolution focus spot using high NA objectives.
