| 抄録(和) | プロジェクトが失敗する原因の一つに,各担当者のスキルのレベルをプロジェクトマネージャが正しく認識できず,タスクの割り当てが正しく行われていないことが挙げられる.本研究では,過去に経験したシステムとそこで習得したスキルが蓄積された,各担当者毎のユーザモデルを元に,タスク割当の妥当性を提示する推論システムを検討している.推論システムは,当該担当者が過去に習得したスキルが今回のタスクで活用出来るかどうかをシステム類似度から判断する.本論文では,スキル毎に設定されたシステム属性を元に,今回実施するシステムと過去に経験したシステムとの類似度を算出する方法を提案する。更に,本モデルをプロトタイプシステムとして開発し,実際の開発現場に即した事例を元に評価を行い,その有効性を確認する. |
| 抄録(英) | One of the reasons why the project fails is that the project manager cannot correctly recognize the skill level of the person in charge and thereby the task is not correctly assigned. In this research, we study an inference system that presents the validity of the task allocation based on the user model of person in charge where the system experienced and the skill acquired in the past are accumulated. The inference system judges from the degree of system similarity whether the skill that person in charge acquired in the past can be used for this task or not. In this paper, we propose method of calculating degree of similarity of the system executed in this time and the system experienced in the past based on the set system attribute of each skill. In addition, we develop a prototype system based on this model, evaluate it by using the case in an actual development site, and confirm its effectiveness. |
