| 抄録(和) | テレビやラジオには,緊急時にその電源を入れ,ニュースチャネルに切り替える緊急警報機能(emergency waming system : EWS)を備えている.地震や津波のような広域災害の警報を前提に設計されているこのEWSを拡張して,ホワイトスペースを用いる小さな放送局に実装することにより,局所的に発生する災害を警報することを検討する.局所災害の発生場所は比較的限定されていて,見通しがよく遮るものが少ない.そこでホワイトスペースを用いた小さな放送局でEWSを放送すれば,少ない放送局で警報の必要な人々に伝えることができると考えられる.本論文では河川の氾濫を警告する局所EWSの実現方法を考察する |
| 抄録(英) | Some recent televisions and radios may have emergency warning system (EWS) function. It turns the television or radio power on, and tunes the news channel. This EWS is designed to alert wide-area disaster such as earthquakes and tidal waves. In this paper, the EWS is extended to alert disaster that occurs locally. The places where local disaster occurs may be limited and where there are few obstacles. Therefore, a small television-broadcasting transmitter, working in spectral white spaces, could alert peoples who need, and the number of transmitters would be small. In this paper, a method of broadcasting the local EWS is examined for alert of rivers. |
