Abstract(in English) In this paper, we present a new class of public-key cryptosystems, K(VIII)SE(1)PKC and K(XI)SE(2)PKC based on error-correcting codes. The K(VIII)SE(1)PKC and K(XI)SE(2)PKC are constructed by modifying the K(V1I)SE(1)PKC formerly proposed by the present author. We show that K(VIII)SE(1)PKC and K(XI)SE(2)PKC, modified versions of K(VlI)SE(1)PKC, are secure against the attack based on the Grobner basis calculaion (GB attack) and a linear transformation attack.
