Abstract(in English) In code division multiple access (CDMA) systems, spreading code is introduced as the third axis in addition to the time and the frequency axes. CDMA is a flexible communication system where interferences between users are admissible. In place of the current CDMA, orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) was adopted for the downlink in the cellular phone system of the 3.9th generation that is called LTE(long term evolution). Communication systems using orthogonal multi-carriers, the signals of each subcarriers overlap in the frequency domain. Hence the interference between carriers increases rapidly when the frequency offset is caused by Doppler effect. Not only the efficiency of transmission but also robustness to an inevitable time and frequency synchronization errors are required for communication systems. In this paper, we review the Gabor's two dimensional expression of time and frequency plane, and propose multi-carrier CDMA system which permits time and frequency offsets using a Gaussian waveform. The bit error rate (BER) and signal to interference ratio (SIR) of the proposed system are evaluated.
