Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) resonator has been extensively studied. Unterreithmeier et al. has suggested switching method for coexisting solutions in a MEMS resonator of doubly fixed beam with hysteresis at a single frequency. In this report, we apply the time-delayed feedback control to switch coexisting solutions. The availability of the control is numerically confirmed. In addition, MEMS resonators were designed and fabricated to obtain hysteretic characteristics.
