Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents analog-to-digital converter with window that varies depending on both time and input value. If a dc input is applied, the converter outputs a binary sequence. The converter operates until an internal state enters into the window. Performing basic numerical experiments, We consider suitable parameters for setting of the window. The characteristics are compared with several existing A/D converters in the average/maximum error, computation cost and simplicity.
