Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In multilingual communication support using parallel texts, it is difficult to retrieve appropriate parallel texts because of the difference and the fluctuation of subtle expression. We developed a multilingual parallel texts search method using the similarity measure based on N-gram. In our multilingual parallel-text sharing system, we evaluated the performance of our method to retrieve Japanese and English parallel texts and our method showed a higher recall than that of keyword search method based on nouns and verbs. |
