| Abstract(in English) | In pursuit of efficient search for a multilingual school document portal site, we have been studying an auto-suggest interface that assists keyword search by means of dynamically suggesting relevant terms in a domain vocabulary. In this paper, we report results of two experiments. One is an experiment conducted with real users of the portal site, namely, school teachers and translation staff members. Another experiment was carried out to investigate the effectiveness of the auto-suggest interface when it was used in combination with the faceted search capability. |
