| Abstract(in English) | Compared to content-oriented collective intelligence like Wikipedia which accumulates and owns contents on the system, this paper describes service-oriented collective intelligence which accumulates distributed ser-vices. In this paper, we call a platform to realize service-oriented collective intelligence "service grid," and design its system architecture and necessary functions the service grid should provide to satisfy stakeholders' needs; providers, users, and operators. Especially, this paper focuses on service management, and customizing service grid. |
