A Novel Refrigerator Using a Single-Electron-Pump Operation Fabricated from Semiconductor Materials

Abstract(in English) We propose a novel single-electron-refrigerator which consists of a single-electron box and a single-electron pump. Its stability diagram was theoretically calculated and found to have a distorted honeycomb structure. In addition, a Monte Carlo simulation predicts successful single-electron extraction and injection.
