Abstract(in English) In recent years, mobile devices has evolved. In university education, in the ubiquitous environment using mobile devices, e-Learning, attendance management, and supplementary material are provided. Traditional PDA and mobile phone features, speed, usability is not enough. And, there was a problem for laptops and other portable and permanent availability of a failure. Currently, mobile terminals, personal computer processing power comparable, high-speed communications capacity, high-resolution screen, the popular smartphone with a touchscreen interface, excellent usability of the type. The near future are expected to carry a smart phone that all the students. In this study, we examined the usage of smart phones in university study.
