| 抄録(和) | ユーザの多種多量なライフロケを効果的に用いるためには,大量のデータを効率的に分析するための技術が不可欠である.本稿では,異なる種類のライフロケのように,関係性が自明でないデータの分析を容易にする,新たなロケのマイニング手法を提案する.具体的には,関係性を知りたいあるアイテムの組み合わせをクエリパターンとして入力として与えられたときに,その組み合わせが満たす特徴,および同じ特徴をもった類似の組み合わせの集合を出力する仕組みを提供する.手法の特徴は,組合わせ集合を圧縮した形で効率的に表現でき,かつ圧縮したまま集合演算を効率よく実行することが可能なデータ構造であるゼロサプレス型二分決定グラフ(ZDD)を用いることで,効率的な演算を可能とした点にある. MovieLensデータセットを用いた検証では,ZDDの利用によって所望の処理が記憶量,実行時間ともに効率的に実行できることを確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | To use multiple and large amount of lifelogs effectively, we need methods that can efficiently analyze these data. In this report, we propose a novel data mining method that enables us to analyze the data with subtle relationships between different kind of data. We show a method that reveals both the properties of combinations of the items have, and the set consists of the similar terms if a subset of the items are given as a query pattern. The effectiveness of our methods comes from the use of Zero-Suppressed Binary Decision Diagrams(ZBDDs) : a data structure that can represent the set of the combinations of the items with less memory and we can execute some kinds of set operations on them. We show our method can be executed effectively with the use of ZBDDs in experiments using MovieLens data sets. |
