Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In IP network, to provide high-quality and high-reliability services, we make efforts to reduce service recovery time from network faults. However, there are network faults that operators cannot detect with network monitoring technology which monitors SNMP Trap from network equipments or status data of network equipments. Due to these faults, network operators spent much time for failure detection and isolation, and service recovering time tend to be long. Although fault detection method with relation analysis of network data has researched to detect these faults, few works has aim to a network. In this paper, we evaluate the fault detection method with relation analysis for fault detection in a network. We report problems of the method to use in a network.
