Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In a SIP network, which is consisted of redundant SIP proxy servers, each SIP message has a variable transfer path. Therefore, how to select end-to-end test path is a significant issue on the efficiency for normality-checking of the entire SIP network by the active monitoring. As a solution of the issue, this paper proposes an effective method, which makes the number of test paths through the redundant element corresponding to its multiplicity. Furthermore, we show that our method reduces the number of test paths required for the normality-checking of the entire SIP network by using the simulation.
