Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As developing cognitive radio technologies, the research for sharing the frequency resources assigned to primary user by secondary users has attracted attention, However, if the frequency resources are open to multiple secondary users, the spectrum sharing among many kinds of secondary systems are expected. In order to share the spectrum among multiple secondary systems, we propose a novel channel assignment method by using frequency priority table based on the location of the secondary system. In this method, the interference toward the other systems is autonomously reduced by selecting channel. Moreover, a power control method is also proposed for protecting the secondary systems which are assigned to the channels with higher priority.
