| 抄録(和) | 世界無線通信会議07(WRC-07: World Radiocommunication Conference 07)において、WRC-12の議題1.19として[ソフトウエア無線(SDR: Software Defined radio)システムとコグニティブ無線(Cognitive Radio : CR)システムの導入に伴う規制事項の検討」が設定されました.これを受けて、国際電気通信連合無線通信部門(ITU-R: International Telecommunications Union Radiocommunication Sector)は、WRC-12に向けてSDRとCRSの検討を行ってまいりました。その検討結果はWRC準備会合12(CPM: Conference Preparatory Meeting-12)で議論され、CPMレポートとしてまとめられました。本稿では、CPMレポートをもとに、ITU-RでのCRSの検討結果について解説します. |
| 抄録(英) | World Radiocommunication Conference 2007 (WRC-07) set Agenda Item 1.19 "to consider regulatory measures and their relevance, in order to enable the introduction of software-defined radio (SDR) and cognitive radio systems (CRS)". In response to this, International Telecommunications Union Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R) has conducted its study on SDR and CRS in preparation for WRC-12. The result of the ITU-R studies was brought to and discussed at Conference Preparatory Meeting for WRC-12 (CPM-12).The result of the studies has been included in CPM Report for WRC-12. In this paper, the result of ITU-R studies on CRS is introduced and explained based on the CPM Report. |
