抄録(和)	スマートフォンの普及等による急激なモバイルトラフィックの増加を受けて、セルラーシステムの更なる大容量化の必要性が高まってきている。大容量化を実現する手段として、フェムトセル、ピコセル等のスモールセルの導入が考えられている。異なるサイズのセルが混在するへテロジニアスネットワークにおいては、異なるサイズのセル間の干渉が問題であり、これを解決するための技術の標準化が現在3GPP(3^ Generation Partnership Project)において進められている。また、3GPPでは、バックホールの無線化により低コストでスモールセルが実現できるリレーの標準化も行われている。更に、複数送受信ノード間の協調により平均セルスループット及びセルエッジスループットを改善するCoMP(Coordinated multi-Point)送受信は、セル間のオーバーレイが大きいへテロジニアスネットワークにおける干渉回避法としても注目されている。本稿では、へテロジニアスネットワークに関する3GPPにおける標準化動向を紹介する。
抄録(英)	Recently, the mobile traffic is increasing rapidly with the spread of high speed mobile device such as smart phones. Therefore, the necessity of the further capacity enhancement in cellular network is demanded. The introduction of small cells such as femto-cell and pico-cell is one of the effective means to meet this demand. In heterogeneous network, where the cells of different size exist, interference among these cells is one of the important issues to be solved. Then, inter-cell interference coordination schemes are discussed in 3GPP (3^ Generation Partnership Project). Relay network, which can support small cell with low cost by introducing wireless backhaul, is also under standardization. Additionally, CoMP (Coordinated multi-point) transmission and reception, which improves average cell throughput and cell edge throughput with multi-node coordination, is drawn attention as one of inter-cell interference coordination schemes for heterogeneous network where overlay among cells is large. In this paper, the trend of standardization in 3GPP on heterogeneous network is introduced.
