Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A diversity scheme with Fractional Sampling (FS) in OFDM receivers has been investigated recently. Path diversity gain through FS depends on the expansion of the bandwidth of the total channel response including transmit and receive baseband filters. In the existing FS scheme, the received signal is deteriorated due to the signal on the adjacent channel. In previous literatures, it has been shown that the expansion of the filter bandwidth can improve BER performance. However, there is a trade-off between the interference due to the signal on the adjacent channel and the diversity gain. In this paper, an adjacent channel interference cancellation scheme has been proposed. Numerical results show that the proposed scheme achieves further improvement of the BER performance.
