Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Reliable detection of other wireless system is crucial for the cognitive radio systems that share the same frequency band. Cooperative sensing technique in which wireless stations share their sensing information can improve the detection probability of other systems. The performance of spectrum sensing is measured by probability of detection errors and sensing time. In this context, sequential probability ratio test (SPRT) has received recent attention. The advantage of the SPRT is that it requires the smallest average sample number among all tests which achieve the given detection error probabilities. In this research, the SPRT is implemented by a USRP for field trials.
