| Abstract(in English) | We have developed novel search system which achieves those advantages of the search engine and the communication service. The proposed system gets the results from a existing search engine, and constructs the live user network. Then, the results are reranked based on the number of users watching web site now. The user can get not only the reranked results of hot topic by the live user, but also specialists or general users. Even if the user can not solve a problem from the rerank results, the user can get the reply from live users by using a communication function which supports immediate chat with the same page readers. In this paper, we describe an efficient search and communication system and evaluate our developed system using existing search engine logs. |
